The health conference on Haiti that I have mentioned in previous posts will take place this weekend in Miami. The details are listed below.

Friday, April 16, 2010:
· 4:30 PM: Moment of contemplation for victims
of the earthquake.Welcome to participants
and declaration of intent for the Symposium;
· 5:30 PM: Introduction of VIPs and guests of
honor from Haiti and abroad;
· 6:00 PM: Speeches of VIPs and guests of
honor from Haiti and overseas.
· 8:00 PM: Official Dinner;
· 9:30 PM A display / projection of video clips
on the earthquake of January 12, 2010 in Haiti.
· 10:00 PM: End of the evening
Saturday, April 17, 2010
· 7:00 AM: Breakfast
· 8:00 AM: Official opening of workshops with
presentation of their coordinators.
· 9:00 AM: Works at workshops
· 1:00 PM: Lunch
· 2:00 PM: Resumption of work in workshops
· 5:00 PM: End of the workshops
Sunday, April 18, 2010
· 7:00 AM: Breakfast
· 8:00 AM: Reports or Minutes workshops read
by the coordinators.
· These reports will be submitted to the Acting
General Coordinator of the Coalition for
publication in the official docket of the
symposium.
· 12:30 PM: Official closing of the symposium.
It is a multidisciplinary conference, everyone is
invited. It will be televised live on the Internet
through Haiti Connexion TV (HCTV1)
www.livestream.com/hctv1 and the Haitian
media, local and national will also be invited
to cover the important moments of the
conference.
